Difference between India and USA...
by QandA QandA on Mar 03, 2014 05:28 AM  | Hide replies

In USA a person in the highestoffice will side the right from the wrong.. There will be real heros 'Cos common population will march on the road for the person to be on the right side..

Even popular Hollywood or musicians will openly take the right side at the risk of a commercial loss...

In USA the media will print the right with evidence and follow it without any fear of any politician..

In India if a person comes out with evidence for a wrong he is asked to go to court. In India his motives are criticized as political. Instead of focus on the evidence the discussion focuses on the messenger..

In India there are no worshippers for political heros 'Cos heros are supposed to be not political...

In India the religious background of a hero is more important than the risk he or she is taking to expose the truth...

In short India is a society where males enjoy watching crying soap operas along with females and are emotional with zero risk taking capacity..

In India nobody has rational evidence based thinking 'Cos Indians are emotional who this one politician like Rahul or Modi or Kejriwal can solve their problems...

In the Western world problems are solved by fixing the system that holds power... Remember a political post is powerful BEFORE A MODI OR A SHARAD PAWAR CAN OCCUPY IT.

In USA people march on the road if political leaders DO NOT FOLLOW THE WILL OF THE PEOPLE..

India is just thinking while USA is implementation.

Also notice how in forums like these people there discuss a subject supporting with facts and logic, while here most responses are mere rhetoric. And lucky you, surprised you still have not received brickbats from over the top emotional Bharat mahaans for criticizing India and being an USA supporter.

Plight of rape victims
by Kohli on Mar 02, 2014 10:07 PM  | Hide replies

It was shocking to see the sad plight of rape victims. It is a shame to our society.
There should be one stop for FIR, medical examination, and collection of sample for medical examination of the victim as well of the accused. A lady magistrate, specially trained lady doctor and a lady police officer for the victim and the victim should be given copies of relevant documents
Victim should have liberty to engage her lawyer if she so desires.
Lawyers should have a code of conduct and the judge should ensure that this is adhered to..
If necessary the offending lawyer be reprimanded by the trial judge.
The justice should be quick and there should be a maximum limit by which it is delivered.
it is amazing to see idiotic statements to the media on such occasions by our politicians, laying blame on everything from a woman’s attire to her perfume.

Good show to start.
by Kittu on Mar 02, 2014 09:35 PM

Hats off to Amir Khan ji for presenting the true picture of india and need to show our action for fighting this cause. I agree with every point of Amir ji in this show except one. When he said Rapes happen in india and not in Bharat, he misunderstood that India as Towns and Bharat as Villages. We do agree that more rapes do happen in villages, but Bharat means not villages. Bharat means a place where people treat woman as godess and India is what we are seeing the situation in our country presently. In that sense, i agree with statement that Rapes do happen in India and not In Bharat. Also one more point i would like to mention about the Movies, Internet Porn sites which is contaminating the minds of all people. Being part of a Movie where he openly put seductive/Vulger scenes also adding their own affect on the people? In the current show you showed that if there is a strict law rape can be controlled, but in Arab countries, where there is a highest punishment for rape, still they are rape victims. So not only a strict law/punishment will eradicate this but change in people mind where they see girl/lady as a equal human being will only eradicate this .

The unhealthy state of their mental health
by aleem Baig on Mar 02, 2014 08:35 PM

The other main cause the mental system of the culprit-s. He should have ask the culprits also the reason for them to be so un-human. There is no excuse for them they should be punished, but we should also study there behavior, so we can change those things in the society.
