the original tamil movie thupakki is too good.. even the story was good, vijay and vidyut jamwal gave an awesome performance.. akshay is ok but the villian in holiday is not as good as vidyut jamwal in tamil..
Buddy, you are not Dave Barry, we neither want humorous reviews nor what is your thesis on the subject matter. We expect a review not some buffoonery. Is it watchable/avoidable/must watch ? Nonetheless, why am I writing this ? I will read some other review.
after watching the trailer of holiday. i feel the same. it doesnt have pace of tamil version. i commented in one of the forum that it looks dull. so what the reviewer is telling is true. also even i felt tamil version is not a great movie. each time murugados is coming down.

It is bad to judge any movies based on the trailer.. Moreover the tamil version was truly good...

frankly its not upto the mark for me. last 2 movies are big let down from murugados. script is not that good. somany unwanted scene. just compare the trailer of tamil and hindi. its not upto the mark. just compare the same scene with tamil version thupakki. lot of scenes have no that punch as tamil.
There's nothing to review in akshay's movie and your review.....mmmm..worse than a layman. People will come and go but forgive me ,you will be remembered as a worst muvie reviewer .......ever. A complete misfit in rediff group.

I watched this movie in tamil (this is a movie dubbed from tamil). In tamil the movie was good.. Ofcourse there are many places where heroism is visible and that is no unusual for any India movies.

Holiday is not a dubbged tamil movie. it is remake of tamil movie Thuppakki with entire different cast. Please try to understand the difference.
