Most of her films were in black and white yet her look was brilliant. She could create a feeling about the character she portrayed. Even a calender of Bata shoe company is still fresh in my memory where she was sitting in lawns of Victoria Memorial Hall wearing sleepers. I wish her bereaved family courage to bear her loss.

What do we all mean by good acting?
Is screaming.. howling, crying , over dramatization or overacting is good acting? or if one looks natural authentic in a role that is good acting?
Bengali Movies or scripts are mostly B.a.k-B.a.k as great Big B would say.
Else some of the most brilliant if not the greatest scripts in Bengali cinema have been enacted by The Uttam Kumar-Suchitra Sen Pair. S.a.p.t.a.p.a.d.i is one such example if I remember the name correctly.
I have seen many Uttam Kumar Suchitra movies in TV but don remember much of them or their name.Remember clearly Amanush.
When I was a boy I took autograph from Moon Moon sen in Kolkata airport.I took it in a piece of paper.Of course She was not wearing a saree..now I understand why.
I did not know legendary Suchitra was her mom..or knew much about her mom either as a kid.
Thanks to them again.
This pair is the best romantic thng in my parents life.
Great people go through greater criticism I guess!
Shooting in cinema in front of people can be a difficult thing.

There are thousand things to write her about her as a natural genuine person she was...but won write now. They both were great Isfjs I guess.
