she might have concentrated on south instead waiting for good films coming for her. also she created an image of art film. but she is really talented actress who got wasted her big time.
Problem is that today's heroines only have to show lots of skin.. legs, cleavage and even more.. and kiss and gyrate in bed half-naked. They are not required for acting skills.

BTW, we too're really sorry for such a talented professional like Tabu to have been sidelined by criminal Bollywood.
also add the film sneghitiye . she gives a splendid performance in a tailor made role for her. Great to watch her movies again...excelled in all roles and women oriented roles were her forte

No doubt about it. She is the best actress going and being under utilised. I think apart from talent and beauty you need to allign with some successful famous actors or have good PR to really get your worth in Bollywood. She needs a good Manager otherwise such talent and beauty is going waste.
I agree with the writer in toto and do hope some competent producers/directors will come forward with suitable screenplays and make films worth watching for the millions of her fans not only in India, but the world over.
