Completely agree with you on this..
Congress is seeking forgiveness for him coz he has just joined the party
SP is seeking pardon coz he was a SP leader earlier.
Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra wants him out coz he is their business partner (boxing superleague)
Everyone has their own malafide intentions..
If he is pardoned then each citizen who is in the jail under Arms Act should be pardoned!
Its not a small crime, he colluded with Dawood Ibrahim's men and supported them to keep arms and ammunition in his house and thats why he was charged with TADA.
Had it been a common man in place of him he would have been jacked for life in the prison.
So guys before showing sympathy, understand the gravity of the crime.
You don't need 2 AK 56 rifles, pistols and hand grenades for self protection, do you?

Action should be taken against who have spoken against the SC order. it should start from M Katju to the latest to Digvijay Singh. They have only singled out Sanjay Dutt and on what filmy ground like katju said he is recently married have two small kids, very track record. dutt was not kid (infact he was in his 30s)when he had friendship the criminals and anti nationals. His excuses that he procured the AK47s for his families protection is one of the childish execuses to put up to esteemed SC which is even more childish. In that case all the culprits might have some other execuses. Will the so called celebrities and so-called eminentm legal luminaries like Katju will defend others also. Put the people like Katju, diggy and others who is critical of SC judgement behind bars. that should be lesson for other publicity seeking and slaves of elites and put them in in their place.

how casual is this man salman khan is. he has got to appear before the court he has visited another criminal. what does this mean. even court have given flexibility to these criminal celebrities. they can appear when they are free. the number of actors visiting this criminal is astonishing. they are appearing as if he is dead. This is very clear to all of us criminals are more worthy than general public. shame on all of us that we are giving weight age to all these criminal people

They are actors and keep acting on all important occasions. But Sanjay can take comfort, if not for anti-national acts some of his film hero buddies will soon can give him company in Arthur Jail and ease the pain of incarceration. There are villains having killed people sleeping on pavements, black bucks in the forest etc. Justice is waiting for them
A Ex-Supreme Court Judge backing Sanjay dutt shows how fake democracy india was and we are living in ?.
Law For only poor and middle class people. not for politicians and celebrities and high society people.
who ever they now speaks about sanjy dutt faced already 20 years with this and that..i have question for them.
what about those who lost their lives in the 1993 blasts? and their families. some lost their bread earner in the family ,some one lost theri sister /brother/son/father/mother... what bout them.?
honorable Katju ..Which Theory/Law book says that he has already finished his punishment when the verdict has come out on on march 2013.

I just don't understand this. Sanjay Dutt violated law which is proved beyond doubt, and is being punished as per law. He has to undergo jail and i don't see on what basis the film fraternity cries foul. Being with him and lending support is different, i too feel sorry for him having to spend a term in jail. But objectivity is what is missing from many minds.
It's not enough if one plays heroic law enforcing officers on screen... Everybody should have respect law, humanity and environment.

yes but the law cannot sleep for 18 years and then wake up one day and declare a sentence
is our parliment clean - why dont the 300 odd lok sabha members who have criminal offences first be tried out and the apex house be cleaned and straightened-- becasue of power and money ?
thats is the simple answer
if the law was to apply equally to everyone -- no one would have shed a tear for Sanjay !!!! thats the truth
Does any one out the above has the heart to visit the 257 Dead Victims family members and injured 795 victims. Please reach to Victims and help them, so that they can survive with food and shelter, who are unable to work, dependent Victims Mothers, Fathers, Sisters, Brothers, Grand Parents etc........
Only if Bollywood fraternity had shown the same "open" support for him when he was first arrested in 1993, he wouldn't have had to endure so much agony for 20 years!
