If he is pardoned then each citizen who is in the jail under Arms Act should be pardoned!
Its not a small crime, he colluded with Dawood Ibrahim's men and supported them to keep arms and ammunition in his house and thats why he was charged with TADA.
Had it been a common man in place of him he would have been jacked for life in the prison.
So guys before showing sympathy, understand the gravity of the crime.
You don't need 2 AK 56 rifles, pistols and hand grenades for self protection, do you?
Is it not true that Sanjay Dutt is arrested, Then why these actors are comming to home of Sanju Baba, They should have visited jail to meet him there, Any ways i feel sad not for sanjay, but for the victims family who lost the life during the blasts, Lets make fast track courts in our country, 20 years later he is sentenced for assisting dons, Now he is sentenced but the actual shooter is roaming free & enjoying all the available luxury, As far as Salman Khan, Ek tha Tiger is concerned, I saw more tigers in mysore zoo, What kind of tiger is this kind of celebrity, Hit one deer still the case is running, Post drinking took many lives on footpath still he is roaming free,

Lets not make a big issue of this.Sanjay Dutt has committed an offence for which he must be punished.We are all governed by the constitution of India & all are equal before the law.All these people who say that the sentence is harsh must look into the offence done by dutt.Sanjay offered his garage to hide arms.These arms were meant to be used for protection of the so called minorities by the underworld.Imagine if the arms had been put to use by the underworld,what a carnage it would have created.Also Dutt mature at that time.So the sentence is perfectly in place.All these people who feel otherwise should be tried for treason of court.Unfornately I have seen the after of the blast at Stock Exchange on that fateful day.Lucklyfor Dutt, the people of mumbai(including Muslims,Hindus & all other faiths )could not lay their hands on Dutt at that time.Had that happened people would have torn Dut to pieces.It was only because of his fathers(Sunil Dutt)good relation with Bal thackrey that Sanjay Dutt got new lease of life.this cannot be denied.So its better that he undergoes the sentence like any other criminal.We do undersatand the trauma his family would be going through,but only Sanjay Dutt is responsible for this..So leave him alone & let him complete his sentence..

Bollywood is nothing but biggest hypocrisy. All are scoundrels. All are shedding crocodile tears. Actors of his age must be eager to grab all his roles.
