I am proper of Kumbakonam and feel happy that the film is being produced about Late mathamatecian Ramanujan who studied in Kumbakonam. Moreover the film is shot in Kumbakonam local areas. This city is really a holy and beautiful place. Anxiously waiting to see the film. Thanks a lot for the Director Gnana Rajasekharan who thought of making this film.
i am happy that amidst "boy chasing girls" "tshum tshum", "heroine accompanied by her 2 dozen friends in a group dance" "rich father's daughter loving a poor fellow or vice versa" few films like periyar, ramanujan are attempted! i wish him success!
When his is such a great Indian story, it should be known to each and every Indian. Good to know it is being made in English alongside Tamil. If it could be simultaneously dubbed in Hindi as well, then it could really penetrate many more houses. Just a thought.
