If that is the true then instead of going for release why he arranged for special screening of the film to the select group and try to appease them. That us the main reason for all these problems and created a very wrong precedance which is going to affect all tamil movies(already ADHIBHAGWAN is bearing the brunt).

SHAME ON THE GOVT!!!! THOO....KEVALAM!!!!

The arguments advanced by the Advocate General of TN in the Court would clearly show that the TN Govt has no valid reason for enforcing the ban. First they said law and order problem and once they found that the said stand is drawing criticism they took a U turn and started questioning the Censor Certificate. Shame on them. If law and order problem that may be created by a small section of the society would lead to such a ban then my question is as follows:

If the industrial workers and small traders who have lost their livelihood on account of Power Cuts, Price Hike of Petrol and Diesel and on account of other anti-people policies of the Government come to the Streets and create law and order problem will the Government immediately resolve the power crisis and call back the power crisis.

Citing law and order problem is the biggest farce and people are not fools to believe it.
Its a shame for the Government to take the matter on appeal. Instead, the Government ought to have implemented the Interim Order of the Court by giving protection for the screening of the film. Tamil Nadu cannot dump its 'Ratna' in this fashion. Kamal unlike the other super stars has experimented a lot with his own money to bring Tamil Cinema to next level and he has put all his life-time earnings in this movie for the welfare of the Tamil Cinema Industry. It is hurting to see that except a few none of the stalwarts of the industry has come out openly in support of him. Shame on those selfish crooks.

Jayalalitha expected Kamal to fall on her feet to solve this issue. Even during 2011 TN assembly elections, she wanted him to support AIADMK.The great actor who lives, eats and breathes cinema didnt succumb all that and has to pay for it in a hard way. This is India at its worst fake-democracy.

Exaxtly. There is no electricity in the state. No water and farmers are committing suicide. Everyday business loss is running in crores in the state. But Madam does not bother about all these things.
Her only priority is to destroy Kamal b'cos he did not agree to her terms. People of TN will definitely teach her a lesson in the 2014 elections as well as next assembly election. Kamal is an artist, he is not a politician. Whatever happens, Kamal should not give up. Hereafter we should not elect any one from the filmy world as the CM. Enough is enough.
