In TN grapevine is - all this problem to Kamal is nothing to do with the content of the movie. The gullible muslim outfits is just used as a facade. The real problem is the Kamal's refusal to sell the satellite rights to Jaya TV and also his stand on function in which he endorsed P.Chidambaram as the next PM (in which DMK chief also participated). With Jaya nurturing ambitions(!) of becoming next PM she saw this as an deliberate insult palyed on her and wanted to teach a lesson on Kamal.
The vehemeny at which the Govt lawyer argued and proceeded to tell meaningless accusations all bear the trademark of being directed form behind (finish him at any cost).
The most vengeful lady ever you can see ...
(Poor Muslim brothers, please see through this and dont fall prey to Jaya's politics, educate your leaders, they look and talk like illiterates - cant even give one proper reply to the debates in TV)

I SECOND your view on muslim brothers in last line. IRONY is that there are lot of muslim poets. Jaya can never become PM. either P.C or Modi. neither Karuna(or anybody from DMK) or Jaya is a PM material.

Well said siva kumar. To top that, Jayalalitha expected Kamal to fall on her feet to solve this issue. Even during 2011 TN assembly elections, she wanted him to support AIADMK.The great actor who lives, eats and breathes cinema didnt succumb all that and has to pay for it in a hard way. This is India at its worst fake-democracy.
Illiteracy is the main reason for intolerance.. its time all these outfits work towards the betterment of their community.. emphazise the value of education , gender equality and all these issues..only then they will leanr to view film as a film.. it just a point of view..nothing beyond that...India as country shudnt hold on to religion, superstitious beliefs.. only science , education can save our country..
By almost spending 100 crores?. Kamal hassan has lost his good fame among muslims. everybody want to view movie by wearing Hindu glasses so none is finding faults. Surely this court decision has invoked injustice feeling among muslims.this is not good for unity of all Indians. They banned movies like dam999 none raised the voices against it..why now?. If Kamal Hasan had made a movie against Tamil tigers in Sri Lanka. Will these people, court would have said the same thing??? Its pure injustice... :-(

can you guarantee tomorrow that india will be called as india? then i ll b proud of it. there is no guarantee abt it. a nation is limited to boundary. boundary can be changed at any time. once we were proud of india has changed with pak and india. once proud of korea, now south korea and north korea. so how we will proud abt on boundary. so proud of our country is good but there is limitation. dont b over proud. it will make u chauvinist that will lead to fascism or nazism.
these media wars must stop. Formerly they accused Sun for creating a fascist media atmosphere. Now Jaya bans Kamal Haasans movie because the rights weren't sold to Jaya TV. Jayalalitha has lost all credibility and it will be a tough fight for 2014.
