vote bank politics

This shows how desperate the politicians are for cornering the minority votes. It is high time the majority people unite and show teh politicians that their vote is also matters. But will they is a big question mark

So, if the Is1amist puritans & fanatics bare their fangs & unleash violence, they will and should face the consequences of their belligerence! Enough of sugarcoating & whitewashing these ills! It is an act of moral cowardice to not resist the spread of fundamentalism & puritan ideologies being propagated by the Is1amists and instead keep parroting the mantra of SECULARISM!

True Secularism means no special privileges, no appeasement, no oppression & no discrimination on the basis of religion! The State & Religion are separate. Do we have such SECULARISM in India today?

When a OMG could be made, what is wrong in releasing Viswaroopam. Do they want all Pakis, Afghanis or Mus1ims to be portrayed as saints and apostles of non-violence? I am sure that the judiciary will overturn this ban. Let Kamal go to court

FIMPP is party which is communal and include all landas as those parties in Kashmir. Why HINDUS STAND ABACK , Start FHMPP. Come on Tamilians you can pick up fight with Lankans, can show these landas the way to pakistan and bangladesh too. There is limit for tolerance. They filed case against AB too for a single word.

just read his letter and see how well written it is. blaming Kamal for making a movie against them is the silliest thing. Ta_li ban and Af)gha)n te_rro(rists have to be shown as they are. They cant be portrayed as heroes of the world, can they? How is it possible to distort history for the sake of these useless outfits?

Enough of Political correctness. It is an act of moral cowardice to not stand up to the puritans & fanatics. India has over 20crore Mus1im citizens and they have all the rights, privileges and freedom that any other Indian citizen has. Do they also not have the same responsibilities like any other Indian? Do they not have to obey the laws of the country?

Robert Jackson said it aptly-
"The price of freedom of religion, or of speech, or of the press, is that we must put up with a good deal of rubbish. The day that a country ceases to be free for irreligion, it will cease to be free for religion - except for the sect or community that can win political power."

Robert H. Jackson (1892 –1954) was United States Attorney General (1940 - 1941) and an Associate Justice of the United States Supreme Court (1941–1954)

Without watching a movie no one can judge the film.
by nrthwst on Jan 24, 2013 12:21 PM

But I support Mr. Kamal Haasan for the film as I know he is a responsible national actor in the society.

Kamal should not try these type of movies. He should act in ordinary movies like rajinikanth and earn money.
