Kaminey was a good film if not popular...Hosuefull2 is a popular film but it was pathetic.. so u can get my point :)

A reviewer has a right to rate a movie. It need not have a yardstick. One should give that to the reviewer / critic.
But, spilling out dialogues, situations and comparing everything to a Western filmmaker is not correct. Every film falls into a particular genre. Comedy, Romance, Action, Historical, Biographies, Horror, Erotic, Thriller/Suspense, Religious, College, Musical, Tragedy, Family, Kids, Shirish Kunder special and so on. It is expected to appeal to an audience who come looking for it. Does it deliver it's promise? Are technical outputs like Cinematography, Art Direction, Editing, Music etc. good or bad? Is the humour too cheap? (Tushaar and Riteish style)
Raja shows off a bit too much, but his ratings are his prerogative

and that genre u mentioned "Shrish Kunder special" was really special, had a big, full throated laugh on that. Thanks again mate.

He gave 3 idiots 2 stars? That movie deserved half star, but it was enjoyed only by idiots. I presume you enjoyed it too?
