But these flats in Mumbai cost 1000000 times more than your posh rented h0le in Bangalore!
You losers really need to learn to wallow in your envy in private!
What you have posted doesn't make you sound great! It makes you sound like a loser who knowingly compares his cheap, pathetic possessions with something which is both too expensive for him to afford and clearly out of his reach!

If anything what amit is saying is the truth. Mumbaiites pay too much for nothing! and today, jobs are available everywhere, not in mumbai alone.

WHY SO JEALOUS OF THE ACTRESS - AFTER all she has earned from her own hard work - learn to appreciate others work
someone from 'redstreet' would have managed to purchase a better home than this, for they sacrificed their morality for the well being of others around her,and all these celebrities;with similiar profile has just managed to get these concrete blocks . so who's better..........
Mumbai real estate is SUPER Expensive even compared to cities like NewYork, LosAngeles, London etc, whereas the quality of life is pathetic. All this is no account of builder-politicians nexus. A 2-BR home in a distant suburb goes for around 1 crore.... could you imagine that 10 yrs ago !!!! In the U.S, in a decent suburb you can buy a big house (bungalow) with 4 br/big kitchen/office/2-car garage/basement/back&Frontyard for say 2 crore and the quality of life would be vastly superior.

That's unfortunately true...one big reason is the desperation of professionals to buy property here. They know the price is going to rise so they buy flats at whatever price the builder offers. Because of this the price rise never stops.

True but US has lot of land. I have seen boards with acres selling at thousand dollars. So the cost is only the wood! :)
Most people commenting against Mumbai here are from small cities where water and electricity is available only for few hours a day. Also, there are no good jobs or any decent education and there is a lack of good medical facilities. Internet is still in it's infancy stage. Definitely, land and houses are cheap at such places where there is no economic growth.
Most people commenting against Mumbai are still living in an old age and don't know the reality. The flats in European cities like London, Paris etc. are even smaller, but still people come to work there.
Posh is Subbarami reddy's house in Banjara hills, Mohanlal's sea facing house in kochi or Jayalalitha's house in Chennai. These bollywood stars stay in USSR style apartments.
