It's BS that she insisted that she didn't want her character to speak in the stereotypical way Indian characters do in American movies. The director probably needed Indian Accent and hired her. Otherwise, they would have hired a local american.

Dude! Grow up boy..... What is so proud abt you being an American.... You guys have the ability to speak only 1 single language but we Indians are so adaptable that we can manage a As* like you, understand you better and show you the right direct... BTW we Indians can talk more than 4 languages which you are not capable off....... you freaks dont even know to handle a simple WIN XP computer and you talk abt attitude...
