Same thing happened to me when they Gave Bharat Ratna to Rajiv Gandhi...Just to make it smooth they also gave Bharat Ratna to Sardar Patel after so many years of independence. These awards are loosing values....all politics, approaches, bribe etc.

It's her personal decision as to who she marries or who she does not. How come you dont say the same thing about Hema Malini who married a Sikh man? You could say she doesnt have respect for Hindu men. No one except the person knows exactly what their thinking is. Just get over it.

You must know the facts b4 getting immotional with secularity.
Any religion other than mouselem considers HYNDUS as normal and respected human being !! HYNDU's can marry to any other religion while maintaining their own status.
It's only M's and their religion which consider Hyndus as "Kafir", a degraded, lower class person.
Thats why a HYNDU need to get converted (to mouselem) to marry a mouselem in sharia procedure.
THIS IS DISRESPECTFUL FOR HYNDU RELIGION, no other religion treats HYNDU's like this downgraded way.
Once she took her personal decision, at the same time, she also insulted her religion and accepted that she is a "KAFIR" as HYNDU.
I would not have commented so, had it been for any other religion.
Padma awards lost the sheen and value, only body showing boollywoodian gets these awards, they became the same category of other yearly filmi awards. their name should be changed the filmy padma. now the turn is Rakhi Sawant and kajal agrawal
First she used her position to get Padmashree award for her useless son Saif Ali Khan few years back. It is an insult to Sridevi that she is getting Padma Shri so many years after a third rate actor like Saif. Now Sharmila has got herself a Padma Bhushan
Sridevi definitly deserves the award,if we say what she has done to receive than none of the actors in the film field should have got it ,she has done 300 movies and many great ones in Tamil ,Hindi,Malayalam and Telegu majority of them hits ,a great dancer,good actress and a superstar she deserves it...not forgetting her wonderful performance English Vinglish
