I saw Thandavam first day. Learnt lesson to see Movies only after seeing review. In spite of good crew, Vikram, Anushka, Santhanam and Vijay (Director), the screenplay is totally spoiled with no common sense.
First half now words to say as there is nothing interesting. Story starts in 2nd half by the time it gave me impression as to when the movie will get over.
Totally boring. No Hardwork from Director. To sum-up wasted talents.

hi ramprasad.. u cant blame director.. vikram must be screwed the director.. go on changing the story etc.. director vijay and one asst director fighting for this IDIOTIC STORY.. joke of the year... as director selvaraghavan quotes. tamil cinema in cooma...
I watched the movie this evening.1st half itself was disappointing.Because d usual \\\\\\\'Vijay movie charm\\\\\\\' was missing.I was expectin more.Ofcourse,the 1st half had Santhanam\\\\\\\'s comedy, Vikram\\\\\\\'s action, \\\\\\\'doll like\\\\\\\' Amy Jackson, Anushka and so many other prominent actors[who were not given prominent roles].The screenplay itself was dragging.But i liked tat new stuff \\\\\\\'ecolocation\\\\\\\' which was applied in fight scenes.But sadly it was the only new thing in dis movie.The movie\\\\\\\'s twists were quiet predictable.Eventhough the filmmaker tried his best to mislead our mind behind Sayaji Shinde as the main villain,we could easily predict the real one usin common sense.Anushka has performed very well.Vikram\\\\\\\'s acting was good as usual.Jagapathy Babu has done a gud job. Even now, am having a doubt whether Lakshmi Rai was a cameo in dis movie!!??!!The subtle village comedies passed the first half of the movie.Some of d Anushka-Vikram scenes resembled Ghajini [while she underestimates him and thinks that he is just a SI officer], mouna ragam[Vikram tryin 2 impress his wife wid all his efforts] dhaam dhoom n Ko[ close friend cheating the leading character].In d trailer, it was shown that \\\\\\\'it is an unusual revenge story\\\\\\\'.But typing dis wid disappointment,dis was an usual revenge plot. But it must b watched @least once 4 d ef

once again i am telling the TAMIL CINEMA INDUSTRY,, vikram stroy is OVER... CLOSE-UP SHOOOTS he is very very old... . director shankar should stop his I MOVIE... otherwise producer OSCAR ravichandar in platform...............

raghu it looks you don't vikram,,that is not an issue it is upto the individual to like an actor or not.But replying to all message in forum to propogate negativity on vikram is bit too much.vikram fans still like him and his movies, you guyz need not bother about that.I think you will have better thing to do in life rather than wasting your time on spending anti vikram propogation.thanks

thanks searchengine.. i am not against vikram or any actor.. WHY SO MUCH BUILD UP? ALL build-up movies flops.. what happend to billa 2.. helicopter scene etc etc...what happend... super flop.. second week billa2 removed from all theatre.. huge LOSS for oscar ravichandran.. vikram should not think about 6 pack, 7pack 25 pack.. vikram and all actors should concentrate only @ acting...

thanks lavanya,,, plz try to understand the cinema industry... before sethu movie VIKRAM IS ZERO... afterwards maximum five hits etc.. what is 50 aged vikram job.. only acting... right.. he is thiking he is SUPER STAR OF tamil industry... he is ZERO.... once again i am telling to universe... CLOSE UP SHOOTS VIKRAM IS TOOOOOOO ODL... HE IS game is over.... DIRECTOR SHANKAR/oscar ravichandran has to sell their properity for their next IDIOTIC MOVIE I.... game over 4 50 plus VIKRAM...

Kota Srinivas Rao, Delhi Ganesh, Saranya Ponvannan and some other actors were also wasted in this movie. So many characters in this story is a minus of this movie.All the actors were given little role to do.Especially talented actors!!!But i just loved the expression Vikram gives when he comes to know that he was betrayed. Overall the plot was good, but lacked 'something'. That 'something' may be a poor script or poor screenplay or logic or whatever..[except acting!I'll never blame it]!!!The film might have done with more care so that it would have definitely come out way better than this.
rajapattai floppp... thandavam super dooper floppp... last chance I MOVIE.. close up shoots vikram is tooooooooo old.......... director shankar should STOP his I MOVIE... game over 4 vikram... i alreday spend 3 tickets at kamala theate chenai..270 reservation charges rs.75.... rs.345 who is going to payyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy... in future i dont want want to want old aged people movies.......................

I totally agree with you SX. i really dont know whatz wrong with this nut head raghu..jus a wannabe i guess.and vikram is only 46 thaz not an old age..so if raghu turns 46 one day he will lying on a bed coughin his heart out huh ahhahah...im sure he hasnt seen any movies of vikram nor does he understand cinema...RAGHU go fly a kit and take a loan to get ur money back. there are millions of fan to watch Vikram and a worm like says ny crap doesnt even matter.. right to the face MOFO

Y'day I saw the movie, movie was not as bad as Pavithra has written. Pavithra has written the review without watching the film. Dont be so bad to the creators and the actors.

hi mark, for this dumb story why london ? why not andipatti or usilampatti.. suriya 7am arivu, ajit billa2, simbu vaanam and osthi, vikram rajapattai and thandavam, karthi saguni, kamal unnai pol oruvan all FLOP MOVIES.. warning bell to actors... they should not interfere in story.. how long actors will promote their flop movies..
