Considering the fact that Sridevi never learnt how to speak in Hindi properly in real life, shouldn't Gory Shin Day and her husband made this movie about Sridevi's character going to New Delhi and learning Hindi?
Sri just melts into your heart from the first shot. The movie is so simple yet so heart rendering. You wish the movie was a bit longer or perhaps there was a bit more in the story between the handsome french cook and Sri. Yet this is indeed the best movie of the year. Its much much better than Barfi which is funny cause of it scenes thanks to the legendary Charlie Chaplin.. else the movie stretches. EV is neither preachy, nor an emotional roller coster. Its sweet, simple small and one that leaves you with a smile on your face. Welcome back Sri
I liked the movie. Amazing! Really! Watched it at Wave Cinemas. Amazing audio and video projection. I liked it so much. Plus the saets were really comfortable. Made my movie ultimate!
