Nice joke. North vs South, Marathi vs Bihari, no valentine etc. Bal made a fool out of his Marathis people and got rich. His followers are still poor, uneducated and have nothing while Bal's family has billions. This is called politics. It's funny that educated people don't see that. Broken roads, broken buildings, no water, power etc. Mumbai is a dump. Just go to Singapore, Dubai, China or Malaysia and see the difference between their cities and Mumbai.

Vishal come & see Delhi then you will know. Despite an ever increasing influx of Biharis & UP walas (who destroy every city which they visit) Delhi is managing to cope due to its high class infrastructure. However life is becoming expensive & the ordinary person cannot survive in this city as it is slowly transforming itself into a destination for the elite & moneyed class. But still it is being modeled on world class city lines which is good for other cities to emulate provided they have the funds.

Delhi appropriates Central tax kitty contributed by the rest of India for itself in name of being capital city, commonwealth games. Other cities have budgets and need to search for sources of funding
