Hollywood and Cannes are not 'fooled' !
They allow a number of hangers on from third world countries to come to their show. There are models and actresses even from countries such as Ethiopia, Nigeria, Congo, Colombia, Mexico, Egypt, etc. who have visited the Cannes shows in the past and whose 'high profile' visits have been covered avidly by the media of those countries !
The only common feature of all such visits by third world, coloured races is that they are all almost consistently and completely ignored by the western press !

Agree wuth you here. Nobody cares about Freida Pinto that much in the western countries. She doesn't have a big group of paparzzia follwing her like with Britney Spears .

as if western countries care of BollywodThugs..here so called top actress or actors nobody knows them apart from few southasian countries and NRI or migrated workers.. Freida whether she is a good actress or not its second story..but world audiences recognize her, will be in future looking at her forth coming movie lists. and secondly WTF we need to recognize by western countries? R they yard stick for our achievments? Change your slave mentality..Now, u see how so called western countries begging to China to feed their children..time will come u will see how they will doom..this millenuim for rise of asia..
