I am very intersted in the dedective stories. so i started to see cid. I am great fan of cid. Its really very great thing that an episode is running sucessfully for "FIFTEEN YEARS". I never missed a single episode in the cid. thankyou.
Indian audience grow up ..Else you will never know what best detective serials are...Just watch contemporary brilliant detective serials like Monk, Criminal Minds, Glades etc. Even old Hindi detective shows lik Vijay Anand's Tehkikaat, Shekhar Suman's Reporter, Pankaj Kapoor's Karamchand, Rajit Kapoor's Byomkesh bakshi were 10 times better than kiddy CID.

Exactly. We have crores of able souls in India. But we just want to stick to the murderous gandis, her kiddie amul baby & their chamchas.

One more to add.... Every crime witness have contact number of CID. They directly dial CID instead of dialing 100.

1. They have records of face & finger prints of all citizens...
2. When they identifies criminal, they never show the screen of computer to us. They look into computer screen and tells the same dialog "Acchha ..To ye he wo..."
ANYONE CAN CRITICISE CID SERIAL BUT I CAN SAY CID IS ROARING. IT IS MOST POPULAR SERIALS.
REASON BEHIND IS I FEEL THAT THE DIRECTION AND BACKGROUND MUSIC HOLD THE VIEWERS ON THERE SEAT. OTHERWISE CASE IS VERY SIMPLE . NOT TO OFFEND ANY ACTORS BUT THEY ARE ALSO GOOD.
My wife is the craziest fan of CID. She has not missed a single episode in the last 10 years and keeps herself updated with missed episodes on the internet. I am also a big fan of detective serials like Hercule Poirot, Sherlock Holmes etc but CID??? I could not understand till date her obsessment with CID... But I know for sure it is immensely popular in all ages..

It also shows the IQ level & taste of both of you. How can a person watching serials like Hercule Poirot, Sherlock Holmes can understand CID? No wonder.
