Re: VERY GOOD MOVIE

Does it make any different. A good movie is a good movie. When so many remakes are made in same language, why do you want to show your intelegence of some English movies which many would not have run for more than 2 weeks in India.

Excellent. One of those rare movies, a must watch. Watch for the director Sujay and water for Vidya Balan. The sympathetic cop, Parambrata has too good a character.
I am from south, but I have never seen any city better than kolkata in India, from belur math to howrah bridge to amusement park for children. Come fall in love with Kolkata. I would definately see Kahani for 2 reasons. 1. Bidya 2. Kolakata sightseeings.

Thanks, Dhantannan. Thanks for those words about my Kolkata. I am a Bengali but outside Kolkata for the last 17 years but feel very proud when somebody speaks good about the city, which is very rare these days.

Who says that to you? I am a Bengali settled in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh for the past 13 years. And I celebrate Pongal and Ganesh Puja with big time festivities. Do not generalize things and unnecessarily bring the demon of regionalism.

I live Abroad I have huge memories of Kolkata. Last I was there in 1983 sooo long. I love everything about Kolkata the Chowringhee the metro theater the Nizam Kabbabs The dohi mistti & the sweet Bengali Laguage is music to ears & the lovely Bengali people. I am not a Bengali but from Kerala Am Planning a visit Kolkata soon & going to every nook & corner by Bus & Tram to get back real memories
SO anything and everything released this month will be received with much pomp and adulation by the media. By the way, Vidya again plays a south indian. Is she being type cast ?

This is problem with Indians. Cricket, movie, religion, superstition and now social networking too. They die for it. They fight for it. Good luck

Well Said. These critics are not less than hypocrates. They are themselves confused and would like to hypnotise the Whole world with their so called intellect.
