After so much pressure the police has caught two of them and a team has gone to Bihar to catch the other two. If preventive measures would have taken on all accounts then such incidents would have been avoided.

We forgive them and let them go scot-free so that such crimes can occur again and the rapists can again be forgiven keep in view humanity, the fact that they were drunk,their family background etc. And this is why rapists are not fearful of what they do. They know they can get away with nominal punishment and can be forgiven on humanitarian grounds. A stricter punishment is needed to deter others from committing such crimes. We should think about the victim and her friend who are going through the trauma for no fault of theirs. The girl is in critical condition. She is just 23 years old and had a bright future ahead of her. And we forgive the rapists! Nope, we should not.

fyi, one of the rapists is a repeat offender. so much for letting him free. did he learn the first time. shd be shot first and then debate later.

Ok please don't kill them...Just amputate both hands near elbow and legs above nee...castrate manhood completely including nuts and pour acid in one eye and leave them to rot forever till they die naturally.
Rapes happen because we are callous and not just callous but we are a sick society, sick because where women are humiliated every now and then, such societies need to be annihilated. And the worst part of the facets is that, our vedic indian society was matriarchal, our civilization was founded on the principle that mankind flourishes due to women. About the people who commit such crimes, their punishment should be so sadistic and public that people who think that they can humiliate women will think a 1000 times. About society, well, our social consciousness should be change. It is not the male child but the female child who forwards the cause of progeny. The adage that - The child is the father of man should be changed to - The girl child is the mother of all Humanity. And yes for girls and women of all ages, always keep a sharp weapon with you always. Another way is to hit such men where it hurts them the most. For parents, please teach your daughters, sisters, friends, wives, techniques of self defense, use of weapons. Even if you kill a person who attempts to do you wrong, the law says that harm caused to other in the process of self defense is not a crime.
Isslam clearly gave the solution to this problem 1400 years ago. As per isslamm, the punishment for a rapist is death. whereas people are still arguing about the type of punishment......!!!!

But according to ur sharia law,the victim should bring 4 pious muslim men who have seen the actual thing to testify,else she would be termed as adultress and stoned,even medical examination is not allowed....No doubt,there are no rape cases in sharia ruled countries because noone is ready to testify...Also recently a 15 yr old girl was jailed in Afghanistan for refusing to her r.a.p.i.s.t and a Morrocan girl committed suicide when judge declared her to marry the man

Islam or any other religion doesn't require to implement strict punishment(can u claim in Islamic countries abusers completely vanished?) Self willingness needed and more over women have to come and punish these maggots and rest will support else keep crying and it won't stop ever.
Please show some spine. Bending the law is nothing new to you. mostly it is done fill your bank balance. Kindly for one time bend the law for a nobel cause. Leave them in the public. Let the public tear them apart. let their intestines be taken out. What the girl has gone through is irrepairable by doing this at least she can walk with pride that the whole of india stood by me. Please this is a request of a Son, brother, husband and friend who want the safety of their mother, sister, wife and friend.
