Its a guarentee that if the movie makes it to 100 crore, its an out n out front bencher third rate movie nothing else. Great movies like PST and GoW did not get 100 crore but none of the listed movie are even 1% quality of these two movies.
What is big deal in achieving 100 Cr. mark when cost of production of such nonsense films as already far above that mark. Secondly authenticity of such claims is never verified.
So the film makes have concluded that this junk is for the masses .In short it means that the quality of the movie determines the quality of the public. So junk for the junk public?????

yes.. well said ...for RAJNI movies - the collections counting starts from 100 crores. If one ticket is bought for the movie - it is 100 crores 50 rupess collection.
Tamil industry is most farce with its numbers - their media claims everthing to be hit making their heroes movies collect revenue in Telugu and other languages , but in actual Tamil - audience did not go to theatres to see it.
