"When i feel too arrogant about my self i visit america" Thats sums it up for all no whites truly doesnt it ?
Rediff slipped up on its avowed mission to depict alleged Indian 'stars' as the equals of western ones !!
Rediff had so far been very careful to avoid showing the audiences that Indian 'stars' get in America.
Like most other commercial media houses in India, Rediff also wanted to nurture the notion of the stuxpid Indian middle class that a good portion of the audiences present to hear and see Indian 'stars' in the west is made up of white men and women ! This is fairly evident from the kind of titles, captions and write ups that are part of the reports used to feature the visits of these 'stars'.
However, in this particular feature, rediff has ventured to show a few photographs where the people waiting upon the Indian 'star' at Yale are shown from a distance.
Perhaps Rediff imagined that its readers will think straightaway that since the location is Yale university, most of the people in the photos are white westerners !
It is easily discernible from the photos that there are hardly any whites in the big group of people waiting for the 'star' !
Raxcial features are truly indelible and distinctive that it is impossible to disguise them even by the most skilled photographers !

Perfect observation Piri. Its a paid media world and Redif has to show Top 1% that they care about their news. These top 1% daughters /sons earn degree through money, endowments and thats how they gets to good school like yel, influence school of dean and call Indian actor to Dance. It is that simple. Rest is BS, words like fellwo, invited, intelligent, achievement, a mega start, a global star, all good but at the same time pure BS
Love Him! Hate Him! but you definitely cannot ignore him. True sometimes he is over rated and hams in lot of films - But SRK is the Best. He has a different charm and appeal that attracts crowds towards him. He is the one who started getting more open to public compared to the counterparts of his times. The best part is he declares that he is a brand who loves to be sold and he enjoy's public attention. Unlike others who love to get all the attention but would never admit it. Because he is more popular than some of Hollywood actors - so he is detained everytime under silly pretext or other.

So, you mean to say America's immigration services wanted to get some publicity by detaining Rukh Rukh Khan?
