After accidented Charu Khandal & Vikrant families are faces lot of problems mainly financial outgo on the medical expenses. If they are not been able to arrange money treatemnt of their member would get stopped. That is the case of accident and it is the duty of government to look aftter all medical expenses. But government so busy in scams and if they have remain some time they are enjoying 100 century of Sachin Gendulkar. They are planned to award Bharat Ratna for playing Country and don't have any time for Chharu , Vikrant etc.

Absolutely Right. Also need severe punishing for rash and reckless driving. We need to be more humane on the roads.

citizens shud be given right to sue the RTO in such cases and get the compensation which they want and not which the govt gives.
