Looks like Surya and ARM have made one of the biggest blockbusters. Surya haters keep shouting from the rooftop that 7a Arivu is bad but the fact is the movie is doing super business everywhere. Velayudham tickets are available in almost all theatres. Business is bad.

you are correct ........yesterady i easily got the tickets at EGA chennai...
First half is good funny , 2nd half - too much heroism and vijay fans may like it but does not make any senses. Trimmed velayutham would have been better (they could have removed few songs.. they just eat time and bore audiences)

the same family audience rush out from theatre after watching velayutham.....for example my family members.....common audience will not suggest to go for velayutham
Dookudu, the biggest blockbuster of telugu cinema's opening record has been shattered by Velayudham and that too with lesser no of screens and lower prices. It is estimated that the movie is surely going to cross 100 crores.

can you please tell us how can a movie released in less no of screens and lower price for ticket can break a opening day record of a movie which is released in more number of theaters and has more or less same price for the ticket.. lack of commonsense?

Have u watched the movie? Though the one line story has been inspired from Azad, the screenplay is totally original. Yes Vijay made few remake movies say around 10-15%, but what abt other actors. They have more than 45-60% movies as remakes and even then give miserable flops. Ajith's Mankatha was a rip off of several hollywood films yet it was a colossal flop.
