I see here people commenting that they dont like the song, i'm not tamilian, but i liked it very much and i had put it as my Caller tune.
If the guys who dont like the song are genuine its OK, but only since it is Tamil song they dont like it, then its not kind on their behalf, please lets enjoy music and lyrics
fact is nothing great abt the song just hype and an indirect way to promote the movie...lots of promotion on this song...I was shocked when the daily morning english newspaper had an huge article abt this on its frontpage ...seriously the limits people go to promote an average song???!!

PRADEEP, that was exactly what I wanted to say. most of us did'nt hear of this song anywhere, until TOI published it.
There is no rage around this song, it's just being made up to be a rage!!! Lot of hype and publicity is being given to Dhanush's films although the actor is fit only to be a side-kick to a hero. Just like Father-in-law, son-in-law also happens to be all luck and no talent!!!

You cant say that he has no talent.. i would say has he doesnt have the looks, but lots of talents.. Youngest national award winner for best acting.. anything else needs to prove his talents?
No comments on the song though.. may be u r right on that note.

Think Mallus are the most parochial guys, they think they are the most intelligent and stylish people with great literary traditions, now why is this Menon commenting always on Tamil movies? And of course there are some Kannadigas (but just a few) and the people from North who have always looked down on South (sorry guys, all the Telugus/Kannadigas/Mallus and Tamils are in the Hindi wallahs 'yuck' list. Dhanush is a good actor right from his Kadhal Kondein days, he does not need Rajnikanth to endorse his acting.Anyway, Menon chetta, you be happy with your beefcakes.

Father in law on luck? If it happens everyday and in every movie you call it luck? How many times can you keep winning a lottery?

I beg to differ on that,Rajinikanth has done great movies earlier on in his career and had his own charisma...as far as Dhanush is concerned he had a popular director as his brother a popular father in law and ...not denying some talent...but he still survives today bcos of his famous father in law and probably his brother and now his wife who is making a movie with him... and pushing each and every movie through sheer promotion including an national award he did not deserve
