Well Mr.namakhalaalmulla do u understand mallu movies forst try to understand these movies.U know how many movies from kerela get national award.U surely must know how to google right.Mallus go to gulf to earn money unlike u ppl who loot the ur own kind & make gay movies with sissy looking actors & actress who go to dubai & pakistan to sleep with dawood & co to get tit-bit role in movies

Yeah & u jerk on looking for those movies ot clips in canada.Wow!!! some fellow indians just shift to other countries & suddenly they think hey I am above these little Indians coz now I move around with whites.
Actors like Salim Kumar are unsung heroes of Malayalam Cinema. I also firmly believe that Jagathy is worthy of atleast 5 national awards for his great acting skills. In so many films, these comedy actors like Jagathy, Salim Kumar, Innacent, Mamookoya carry the burden of the film on their shoulders and provide wholesome entertainment for the public. Its really said when such talented actors die without getting any awards, like Cochin Haneefa. Proud of Malayalam Cinema!

Unsung heros are they...Jagathy, Late Sri. Oduvil Unnikrishnan,Innocent,Mamukoya..etc. They don't act but they live their part in movies. Unfortunately they are not considered for awards.You can get a new hero for any ovie and make it but you cannot make one without these above mentioned people.

the 55 plus superstars have enough awards in their kitty....two bit cameos like this has never afflicted anything upon them in the past two and a half decades....

Why does some people want to drag the super stars into this? They have won so many more awards and has had far more successes in their career..there is enough space for all..let us enjoy the performance and give kudos where its due, but lets not do that by belittling some one else.
Glad he got the award. he had done good acting in his earlier film as well where he played father of few daughters. In serious roles he is good. sometimes as comedian he does over and boring. mallus are in general envious toward there own people u can understand by the liking of the movies. They don't like the movies or stories in which hero is superior or super human. they like the movies where hero is shown inferiour . The like the stores of srinivas where the character has inferiority complex etc. Well not sure what is the reason. It is general in mallus they are envious /selfish and lots of egooooooo..

dont know where u got this wrong info from....mammootty and mohanlal has played the superhuman hero role to perfection in innumerable movies and most of them were huge box office successes.....

Had the jury not been prejudiced, mamooty and mohanlal would have won at least 6 national awards each. Mohan lal was denied an award because he was wearing heavy make-up and then Mamooty lost an award last year even when Big B was wearing a mask for Paa. Twistng criteria for awarding Bollywood actors is in vogue.

One 'Jadappadam' from Shaji...That film was an ordinary film which shudntav even supposed to compete in National level.Even Mammootty's role also was not superb compared to the villian role he done in 'Palerimanikyam'. It is true Shaji's earlier movies were good, but now he also going the same way of Adoor who thinks that if a film made without music, backgroundmusic and another masala, it should get some Awards. Adoor's '4 pennungal' was an utter boring movie compared to his 'Mathilukal' or 'Vidheyan'.
