Indian govement policy is secularism , but same government indulge in caste politics by increasing reservation quote on every pre election season which itself is dividing the nation on caste system and many parties don’t have courage to speak against it as they know that Indian people are not matured while electing a government , We will find many young OBC, SC, ST people who are working on good post with good remuneration will be against scraping of reservation to them , this shows the mentality of such people , they think that taking birth with SC,ST,OBC tag is like having life time discount coupen and many economical poor people who born with higher caste tag are today finding very difficult to get good education and jobs .So instead of caste base reservation there should be reservation based on economical backward people and for this whole nation should have one voice .

By advocating reservations based on caste we are encouraging caste system. This should be abolished. Reservations to handicapped, economically backward people, people affected by natural and man made calamities are OK.
Reservation needs for the post of PM. A mentally retired with smiling face, dim, to plan and guide corruption and cover up all corruption by remaining silent , misusing public funds and looting tax money, should be a middle man for Congress as well as BJP to share equal loot should be the qualification for such reservation.

the argument for resrevation is aroud the point of lack of opportunities for lower castes to come up in life. but why speak of caste at all in a democracy? Actually rseravtion must be there and must only be based on finacial status not on caste status. even in a village there are super rich people whose children study in super cities. why can't the goverment assess the fiancial status of each family during census?
Cast system was the earliest form of division of labour which is the primary system of management in any organization and which is taught to all students of management. In today’s world a shoe maker’s son can become a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Accountant’s son, if he opens a shoe factory, can become a shoe-maker (mochi) there is no scope or necessity of any reservation. Instead of reservation in higher education or jobs, the government should open coaching classes where all students – of any caste – should be given coaching for IIT/ IIM/ MEDICAL colleges, etc. and then each moves on in life according to his/ her ability. By creating reservation, the ‘upper caste’ leaders have permanently branded the ‘lower caste’ people for life and have made then economically and mentally weak for several generations to come – they now need crutches even when they fully able bodied. Shame on the politicians who play caste politics, thus playing a huge fraud on the ‘lower caste’ population.
Human beings unlike cattle or dogs vary substantially depending on various factors.For example Dr Ambedkar could easily pass off as a Brahmin on the basis of looks,education,intelligence and other criteria.Animals on the other hand can be taken as a category which can be clubbed together as for example:Jersey cows,German Shepherd dog,Labrador,Sheep etc. Unlike animals Dalits and OBC's cannot be clubbed together as groups.Mata Amritananda Mayi is a dalit spiritual leader,while Raja (Now in jail) is a dalit politicain.There are many rich dalits and OBC's busy availing the benefits of discrimination against other castes. The Indian reservation system treats people as monolithic groups.It assumes that dalits are badly off(Think of a poor Mayawati)as a group just as we think that all jersey cows give plenty of milk. The point to note is that each individual is unique,and clubbing them as groups like animals is most unscientific and stupid.Some of the poorest people in India are Brahmins.Present day reservation system is most unscientific and conceived and implemented by morons with vested interests. Let the benefit of reservation go to the really deserving by including criteria like income,background,access to facilities,aptitude etc.Otherwise it is simply an unjust policy which should be done away with.Those who get fake caste certificates are only fighting a system discriminating against them.

yours is a classic case of presenting Exceptions as Examples.
first understand that , Exceptions are NOT examples. for every Mayawati ,u have millions of starving dalits..
just go and survey who live in slums , 99.99% of slum dwellers is dalit or OBC.
so ur argument of One Mayawati, One Raja , etc is erroneous .

Dear malik, one more attribute of PM you have forgotten is saying " I don't know any thing " for any thing asked about any scams,corruption,scandals or about any other similar queries.
There is a need for reservation in India for communities and women and no one can have an iota of doubt about it. But, merely declaring reservations will not give the social impact expected from such a measure. We have spent 60 years managing ourselves and implemented reservations on different bases and at different percentages. Visibly the impact on both the communities protected through reservations and communities not protected disliking it. First group needs more protection as time passes because the second group develops animosity and would work towards blocking benefits from reaching to the protected communitis. In addition, if in a society more than 50% of something should be under reservation, we are either indicating severe degeneracy of the society or reservations are made into an election issue. Stories on reservation such as Aarakshan can give us glips of the ways of implementation of reservation in the country. Though the message cannot be universal, it belong to an appreciable majority. While handling reservations, it is important to handle the sentiments of the communities not getting reservation else the benefits will not reach the intended audience.
