Movie is nicely made by Vikram Bhatt. Even I completely disagree with the reviewer- Preeti Arora.There are some weaknesses in the movie like going back to past and taking cell phone along with him which is out of reality. But rest is fine. I like it and would like to watch it again.I have seen this movie at home , not even in theatre still it is worth watching.And don't go with other's reviews , do watch and judge yourself.
I liked the movie and some shots in the movie were indeed scary and 3D added to the scary effect. So, I completely disagree with the reviewer (Preeti Arora). I don't have an idea of what she was expecting out of the movie. Worth watching once for sure.
I wont say the movie s flawless.2 things i dint like bout the muvi s y wud the lead feel the spirts pain, where he has actually come to close the deal.. 2nd it was so unreal and witout ny clue the lead travels past 80 yrs. tis 2 factors sounded lil stupid, others wre fine..another boring point was that the director jus used one mode of killing people.. CUTTIN THEIR HEADS.. Haunted- more than horror its a drama. I LIKED IT few scenes wre gud. e.g. margaret flying in woods. leads dance moves which was a breather. overall the plot was gud. and i request everyone to watch it ONLY IN 3D.
I wonder what are the credentials for one to become a film critic for rediff? Preeti Arora's review is a shocker because it is totally opposite of what the film actually is. I just saw 'Haunted' and can say that it is a gripping, well made horror flick. Though the story idea is a bit complex especially the way it unfolds in the second half, if viewed as a package deal, the film is a commendable effort. Vikram Bhatt has indeed scored a winner here. Horror films in India have definitely come of age.
Rediff should stop underrating this movie. How can they call it torturous. I wonder if preeti arora has seen this movie properly or she was engaged in getting scared and shouting all the time. I dont want to be rude, but i did not like your review which seems fake to me, or is it that you all are not paid for such reviews. It is not only with this movie, but my fried reported such wrong reviews earlier seen on rediff.This movie is better than other stupid movies which writers on rediff praise and overrate. Guys try to watch this movie in 3D you will P@@ and for heart patients- not suggested ;)
Guys please don't go by what reviews speak, just go and see. Unfortunately i could not see in 3D but in 2D as well the movie leaves an impact. My friend could not sleep that night and she kept waking me up everytime. It definitely a very good movie. I would rate it 8/10. And people stop underrating the movie.
Rediff certainly takes bribe for a review. They sat the movie is annoying. I saw it and it was rather a different story, they might not have understood that. Also the music is awesome, all songs. Pls don't read such reviews who give 3.5 stars to Ragini and 1.5 stars to a good movie like haunted.
