What nonsense does he speak... Be it any job if you are already pregnant she might as well say.... Or unless she is so dumb that she did not know she was pregnant.... I don't understand the hu hah at all..... It requires some amount of commitment from her also.... I don't think such irresponsible behavior is accepted in any field.....

Ash knew abt pregnancy. In fact sr. Ab was upset about her decision to continue in heroine despite this. now to save his Daughter in law form further tension, he is taking in her defence. but bachhan family is going to be losers as UTV is a important production house.
As a true professional Aishwarya should have informed Madhur for her pregnancy. It was already 3 months over of her pregnancy when she offered the movie. In that stage she could easily informed Madhur about that but she didn't just because she wanted to do the movie at any cost. This is such a shame that she wanted to do a movie at the cost of her baby. She is such a over ambitious lady who can do work keeping her family on stake. Had she continued the movie it would have unjustified for both her family and movie. The issue is not about the right of anyone's getting married and pursue family. Nobody is questioning about her right to pursue family and signing any clause. And everyone is telling that there should not be any such clause in contract. The real issue is why actress like Aish cheated Madhur just for grabbing a role in a film. She has earned enough (may be more than she deserved)reputation in industry where she does not required to do this kind of act to grab a role. Big B's excitement is genuine when he tweeted the news. But he should have given the right advise to Aish for not signing the movie as the role is very demanding and needs lot of hard work and that can be harmful for her health. Madhur and films producers have lostthe money and moreover many people lost the job who were dreaming to pursue their career with this film. The honesty towards work and family is required and this expected from true professional.
First of all where is junior B in this drama? Haven't heard anything from him since Ash's pregnancy is revealed! Isn't he happy? And damn about his being happy or others but one thing Mr Big B should undersatnd that madhur is rightly annoyed here. Producers and Directors put huge money and efforts when they start making a movie and they want it to be finished in time. Accidental thnigs are ok and noone can do anything about them but PREGNANCY is not an accidental thing it's a planned one. Either, if you are planning such things don't sign a contract or be honest with it!
