The Madhur-Aishwarya affair again showcased the unprofessional way the Hindi Movie Industry is run. There should have been a Maternity Clause in the contract .like everywhere else in the world. But here things run on strange whims & attitudes -movies flop yet Stars increase their pay at every oppurtunity , a Flop Star gets one big Hit and sudenly he is the most prized asset of the industry . In many ways the regional movie industries are better equipped and much more professional in setting up schedules .
she very well news abt the development. but her greedy mind did not allow her to leave the project. had it not been for her adv. pregnancy madhur would have sued her for loss to him.
I thoroughly sympathise with his situation. Put yourself in his shoes and you will know what he's going through. Least worry about this probably multi-millionaire but I so feel sorry about the crew who now potentially are jobless.
