Employee cannot take decisions without knowing that she cannot finish th ejob.. if there is any delay and postponements beyond the final dates, its employers fault.. MB says he still has 60 days shooting left.. till 6 months pregnancy a women can work until it is not a serious running in a merathon.....

Neither Madhur is employer nor Aishwarya is her employee. It's a simple contract between two celebrities.

Don't expect her to run around trees with a baby bump at 6 months. Please talk sense.
HEROINE is a highly ambitious project, involving Ash in almost every frame, as per reports.Madhur should sue Ash for the damages. And we don't expect Amitabh to issue elaborate statements
why can he simply not hire another lead...there is definitely no shortage of glamourous ladies in the industry...priyanka chopra, kareena kapoor would fit the role like a glove! that way his team whose bread and butter depend on the movie would be happy too.
Mr Bhandarkar, you have no right to comment on when a prospective mother decides to announce her pregnancy. It shows your true character, you have no respect for human values. The only thing that appeals to you as what you will finally drown in: currency notes. Sick!!

if ash wants to f835 around, she can definitely, do so; not at the cost of so many people depending on their livelyhood.

Yes he has, he signed her to work in his movie. Mr Bhandarkar was her employer at the time and has all the right to know if his employee can meet her commitments. If not he would not have given her the job. Mr Bhandarkar should sue her for damages.

Man-up Madhur! If you had continued shooting, your film could wrapped by month's end. Your lead actress was ready, willing & able. Pregnancy is a blessing, not a disability.

People should separate their personal and professional life. It is your responsibility not your boss or superior. If Aishwarya Rai Bachchan informed him early then he can think a backup plan.Professional life is not a place of showing humanities. If we start addressing our personal problems in the professional field then it will ruin your professional life because there is no ending of problems in our personal life . When you are working as part of a team then think . As like me other peoples also have personal problems. If my boss start showing sympathy to every one then how our work will progress. You should save these human values for you personal life. Making a film also a team work where thousand of peoples are working and their work is interlinked. There is a question of millions of rupees which investors invested in the film and director is directly responsible for that investment not the heroin of the film. Think if you are a director and you have taken millions of rupees to make film from investors and you spent a lot of money then suddenly you come to know you have to stop the film making because of such situation. What will happen to you? When your investors will pressurize you for their millions of rupees? From where you shall get money to show you humanities.
Not only you our entire society always bios toward women.Woman always get sympathy and from man we aspect scarifies.

@Arindam : It may be too difficult for your brain to comprehend, but ever heard of the word committment. In this case, its two people who have no concern for values. One is Aishwarya Rai-Bacchan. The other who is you, who are as insensitive as a person can be.
