when rajini went to singapore for kidney problem there were around 500 comments from so many so called patriotic northies ... raising questions that why rajini is going to singapore when india has lot of medical facilities. .bla bla bla ..
now bollywood's salman khan is going to US for treatment.. no questions for him ??? there r only 12 comments.. hope his jaw pain is not that much serious like kidney problem ....

Who cares for this bollywood Don? There are thousand others who can act better.
SO many times his skull was drilled for hair pransplantation and drugs to boost muscle etc has tarnished his health.(Please be natural and do not go against nature)
