This shows time and again what money and power can get you in India. Hope she gets a chance to kick his balls so he could never use them again. I wish he never gets a chance to work again in bollywood and see his face on big screen or TV.
Then maid must be jailed for 7 yrs since many women are misusing the law which is meant for protecting us. Moreover the actor has many contacts and new faces in industry(Re :Shakti kapoor) the why will he do that? When medically if it is proved then he must be punished. Much time he might have got for turning a person hostile.

Priyanka Madam If u ve track this story from begining then u must be knowing Shiney himself accepted he has done rape. Now Maid has change her statement every bodys knows (Money). this is the way all real criminal get out of Jail. This is the major problem with Indain Judicary system they shd solvethe case with in month so no one get time to bribe any one

Out of fear she will tell the truth and other women who got influenced by money will also fear from now onwards that she has to tell truth.

Wonder how much price was paid for this retraction. This is the problem in India. The case takes so much time in the courts that manipulation becomes easy. Now, if the Maid has indeed committed perjury, she should be prosecuted and severely punished. But, alas that will never happen.
