They say this is a fast track court. It has taken more than one year and it is still not over. I don't think they should have taken such a londencg time. Usually, proofs like forensic reports are available within weeks in rape cases. And forensic reports are scientific evidences which no one can folsify it. The rich actor has got so much time that he can destroy any evidence with the use of money power and prove that he is innocent. Isn't there any method or organisation which can give justice to the poor? Shame on us (including myself)for not doing anything to avoid such gruesome crimes and subsequent evasion of law by rich and powerful.
in such cases if the complainant denies the event and is declared hostile there is zero percentage chance of conviction. surely even a high school student would know this.does not the person writing the above know this? is he not high school pass?
