The songs are definitely better than all the disatrous movied of VIJAY.And please dont stike a comparison between the useless Vijay and Rajini.
You have to listen to it till it grows on you, or wait for the movie and merge visuals to music. I have had the experience with ARR music where I hated the songs when I listened to it for the first time, then started loving them either after watching the movie or simply trying to listen to them a few more times....
In my view, we have got used to a certain type of music and as a result we are unable to appreciate or have high expecations for anything different....

No Mr Karthik, u r wrong. ARR best was till RDB. Thereafter he is giving continuous craps except maybe ATM with vijay.different music should also be good to listen. ARR has lost it.

For the CWG theme song ARR should have named his song KAWA KAWA because if you listen to the song it appears as if some CROW is crooning at its best pitch KAWA KAWA.....

Are u a fool to bring vijay into this discussion? FYI vijay is above hits and flops. He is the reigning superstar of tamil industry and distributors have given him the sobriquet "vasool chakravarthi". i think that answers ur query.

Vijay is not a reigning super star , but is a huge flop star and cannot be called even a star.All his movies are nothing but shit.Today no distributor wants to buy Vijay's movie,if he does not compensate for the losses they incurred with his last 6 movies.And the loss that he has to compensate is close to 25 crores.
