I quite enjoyed KITES, Even the ending was so different. Its great to see that Bollywood have nmatured to make such films.. A visual delight... It was Bollywood masala plot presented in Hollywood style. This was a pleasant surprise. I saw it, thinking it would be very bad going by the WOM. But I thoroughly enjoyed it. The lovestory was very poetic. The ending was haunting, brilliantly crafted....... Hrithik was brillinat in the film, and Barbara a very natural actress. A a matured storytelling style of a simple plot and story..The humour was very subtle too.. No in your face slapstick..Good Job Anurag Basu and Hrithik...Lets see how the Brett Ratner version looks like..

Yes .. the movie is definately worth a watch. The story is same but the way the story unfolds it keeps you on the edge. The direction, acting is good. You will like movie if you connect with it. You wont like movie if you cant connect yourself with it. I think in recent times accept for 3 Idiots, this the only movie which I feel is worth watching. Discover yourself if the movie is for you or not.

Please Guys have a sense to do the justice to the movie kites was waste in every sense it was just trying to fool us :: please dont write comment just for the sake of writing,
I think all the critics who are defaming Kites, should grow up to understand that every story teller has a right to display LOVE in his own way....Let's be OPEN to experiments...It is those who are scared of experiments turn to criticism...Somewhere, I feel KITES is a brilliant effort and will pay off in due course of time....Good job Mr. Rakesh Roshan, Mr. Hritik Roshan, Ms. Barbara Mori and the team.....Keep the courage on to experiment further...All the best for the English version of KITES....

Critics showcase the movie from the viewers point of view. Like the story teller can display love in his own way, critics also do the same. Even though Critics are not correct all the time.
But this time I agree with them. Kites is a pathetic movie, has nothing in it.

ARE YOU KID DONT YOU KNOW THAT THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE PAID REVIEWS
i remember that these all media persons were given a very negative and bad reviews to CHAK DE INDIA & RAB NE BANA DI JODI but both films did beyond excellence business due to their high quality. All sites and media have now made one sided attach on KITES which is very negative use of power. We have shown in Paa that how media destroys others.

Whatever media says but KITES has already made its place in hearts of class viewers (not rikshawala & mungfali sellers type viewers) ritik is enough alone to entertain three hours his acting in climax is superb.

well said ... Hrithik is 1000 times more charming, talented and is a class apart. I can only think of Aamir Khan who has the same class (even better). But even Aamir does not get good reviews! Its a pity

Did u go to the movie to watch hrithik only u could have downloaded a wallpaper and watched him all day y a movie
I think just as there are consumer courts where redresal can be done for faulty products same way there should be one for movies too. A movie is a product and we pay to get entertained when the movie fails to do it we should have court where we can fight and get our money back. I want my money back for 2 of the hyped and worst movies MNIK and Kites.

You continue to sing the same old song. It's not going to change the BO verdict in India & Overseas - Flop.
