Criminal industry
by tls mani on Jun 28, 2010 07:02 PM  | Hide replies

This industry if funded by the crime syndicate based in Pakis. All the heroes and heroines are
in fact slaves of D gang.Public should better watch Tennis and foot ball match than the rubbish this industry generates and fills tthe anti national and Jihaadi coffers.

by sajan on Jun 28, 2010 07:02 PM

I still dont understand why karan johars MNISK got such a rave reviewes...the reason people want to see our hero doing goody...goody things. where there is logic or not..why OSM was successfull and great movie like Swades flopped...we in india wants illogical movies. Why people criticse souths action movie, these same people make illogical movies in bollywood and gets 4 stars by critics...people who themselves calls critics....is illogical marons..............

Ravan a brillant script
by sajan on Jun 28, 2010 06:52 PM

Mani is one of the best director in India. He cannot be compared to any of the current directors. He is a institution himself. I loved the movie been handled by him.

According to critics first half was slow. The reason for that he wanted to show the emotional attachment between beera and ragini.
Another master stroke is that he did not disclosed the reason behind beera being brutal in the first part.

But the greatness of manis intelligent direction comes at the end where asks ragini to choose who is ram and raavan.
He used the plots in ramayan to great extent.
Thanks Mani for potraying the new age Sita.....

Mani u r great...........

Ravan ...people failed to understand
by sajan on Jun 28, 2010 04:58 PM  | Hide replies

Raavan is one of the brilliant movie made by Maniratnam, hats off to him. One of great performance by Abhishek ,Ravi kishen and Vikram. Vikram stands out in tamil version. We must appreciate brillant story telling by Mani. The best part is the climax, where climax can be ended in typical bollywood masala type. But Mani is diffrent, he has his own vision, thats where Mani stands out. Vikram has given a National award winning performance in tamil, but abhishekh has done his part well to. Not every tom, dick and harry( critics) can understand his way of film making. To understand his vision one need to have brain...

Mani is great director, story teller, but he made the biggest mistake by casting Abhi, his acting ability is zero, just facial expressions do not called acting.

Re: Re: HORROR

There must be some reason behind this, find out below what are those :

1. You must be known very well, that hardly a few count people inside the theatre, after it thrashed from Monday onwards just 3 days after release. By now, theatre should be empty.

2. You are not alone going for this movie, no need to tell with whom you were there.

3. This will be best place to do romance as now-a-days garden, parks, colleges or any other places are no safe any more.

4. With spending of Rs. 300, you ve got a/c room, with beautiful dark scene and along with romantic songs are playing in back ground music.. Which has shaped perfectly for you to go ahead with your 2 hrs honeymoon.

At the end, it must be worth it to spend Rs. 300 and in return you were indulged in very good excercise which will keep you fresh and fine. Now, you got it.. iota haha =))

Hi

The only ray of hope ahead for bollywood lies in the hands of a clutch of filmakers..the likes of Shimit Amin, Dibanakar Banerjee, Anurag Kashyap, Ayan Mukerji and Rajat Kapoor. The Khan clan are more or less finished along with the mushy brigade of the Chopras and Johars. Sally did have a hit with Wanted but i'm sure, even he didn't expect that. Aamir does have a golden streak going for him currently and lets hope he does well in the coming few years. As for new and promising leading men, the only ones who are looking to go the distance would be Farhan Akhtar, Abhay Deol and Ranbir Kapoor. Of the 3, i would perhaps bet on Farhan simply because of the fact that the other 2 got lucky with their choice of directors and movies.
