Amazing Screenplay, especially second half . Sure Oscar for best director . Some breath taking visuals and thought that must have gone through in writing the scene is unbeliavable . One wonders why our filmmakers dont make films like this

I think our directors are like stagnated water, they do not have innovatice and creative thinking. Our directors follow the masala movie formulate making us sick. Let them learn from these directors.
1.a dream but when and how?was leonardo shot by saito or not? 2. a reality but the totem spun indefinitely.was it just a co-incidence. 3the director deliberately hid some of the facts as he plans to make a sequel to this?

1. Whether Leonardo shot by Saito or not is left for the viewers to ascertain.
2. The totem starts to wobble before the screen goes dark. Again, this is Nolan's deliberate attempt at mind-f**k.
3. There is NO SEQUEL, guaranteed. All those deliberate red-herrings and misdirections are trademark-Nolan. He leaves it to the audience to decide, as would any smart movie and its creator would.
For a better reference point, watch Existenz- a highly unheralded Cronenberg movie, but very similar in theme.
The concept is refreshing but a daunting task to travel through the narration of the story. Its really confusing and simultanelously difficult to understand. I think need to watch it again.
Movie is entertaining at first but you might find some premises flawed if you put some thought into it. I don't expect reviewer to find them because most of them are basically dumb.
