More than half the people in the theatre had no clue what was going on (me included, by the way). Though the movie was well-made, had an excellent screenplay and stuff, I think there should have been more effort taken by the director, through some kind of narration, to make people understand it better

they keep churning out stories on cross border love (in this only an indian will love a pakistani), love triangles and feudal enmities and of course unwanted and unnatural dance and fight sequences. No Adventure in indian movies.

I didn't say a word about Indian directors or movies. It's not necessary to reply to comments, you know

I hope Murgadoss does not think of a remake into Hindi, etc. Ghajini was a poor idea of Memento.

I dodnt understand the whole moive,i was totaly confused..can any one explain in short about the movie......
It is understood that a person dies in the dream goes to Limbo state. If he goes to Limbo state, he will forget everything and may get older. If that is the case, Fischer Jr. was shot by Mal at 3rd level of dream. In 4th level, he was in limbo state at Mal's custody. But, how did he come back to 3rd level dream again??? If he can come back to 3rd level dream with same age, why didn't Saito become young than he is shown as old man when Cobb reaches him? I didn't get this man. Can anyone explain??

Dude, It was cob's dream in which saito looked old because he wanted to meet his childrens and he had to meet saito to let him fullfill the commitment, Cob was in dream till he meets his childrens right through the end of the movie.

Jr Fischer was recovered quite soon, so he was still young in the 4th level.
However, Mal did not give the whereabouts of Saito, so it took Cobb all the more time, so all the rest of them came back to the flight, Cobb and Saito returned the last, by which time they had covered the whole 10 hour journey, which is exponential time in 4th level, so Saito is that old.

Cobb and Saito came late bcoz they died in L3 and L4 dream and the only way to comeback was the sedated drug lose its power...hence it was only 20mins left for the journey...

its a complicated movie..the end is same as "Memento" its left to the audience to conclude whether it was a dream or reality... the ultimate thing for us is "Cobb" was finally at piece in dream or reality...
