What a Stupid Observation!!!

What a stupid observation!!! The scene was taken from "The Secret Of Santa Vittoria" in which too there was no electricity. So the water was pumped up by hand or by a diesel pumpset. So what Mr rane!!

Correct.
1)It may also be that the water tank was built as a politician had promised electricity before the last elections.
2) It may also be that contract was awarded for setting up a sub station but Gabbar demanded too much hafta & the workers fled.

I think Rane applied lot of brain finding this..But it is not Bloopers.
There are Villages, where you have electricity for Tubewell, and they call it Power Connections. And still the village is not electrified as there is separate Budget for both the things. So it is possible to have a Power Connection with electrified village.

Sholay good up
by Arvind Nandan on Jul 06, 2010 12:32 PM

Interesting observation by Mr. Rane. However, was it not possible to have power (electricity) only for the pumping station, and none for residential premises?

by Pradeep Narain on Jul 06, 2010 12:32 PM

It can be pumped up by using a hand pump.or the tank was never used.
