To all wannabes - Please stay away from this. Saw the movie. And I have just one word to describe Selva – Narcissist !!!!!
No logic, no proper screenplay, pathetic special effects, unnecessary vulgarity, misinterpretation of history, ridiculous songs, worst costume designing…to say a story which is ??????
And for all those comments on how we should appreciate “new thinking” “adventure genre” in Tamil cinema………you are such a bunch of losers… · Then why didn’t u appreciate Rajini in Baba, Vijay in ATM (Oh he dons a double role for first time)…innovative thinking right..
(Am no fan of vijay or Rajini...jus making a point here thats all)
As Tamil movie goers, don’t fool yourself to believe that Selva is above a good story, screenplay, and star power to serve you this …..
Lastly, about similarity with LTTE , though I can appreciate that, but cannot buy it…hello I am not watching a movie on Sri Lanka…Rather its about Cholas and Pandayas and you better show about that…else make a separate movie on Tamil Eelam and show all this….confusing and misplacing both is ridiculous

There is no cholas or pandiyas without srilanka and it cannot be avoided. It was an integral part of tamil country for several millenniums. Story is not about India after independence. It is of cholas in 12th century. Scenarios are same as most of the singhalese are formerly low caste tamils (originating of pandiyas) just resembling how the pandiyas treated the ruling cholas of eelam when they captured it.

i liked Man Vs Wild Approch in 1st half.. In Second half no body can make in indin movie like this.. Congrats for whole team has put great effort to make it happend..
