Kerala is the most literate and among the most progressive states in india.unlike Biharis and bhaiyyas, they don't migrate to Delhi and mumbai to beg on the streets, live in filthy conditions and spread diseases. the beggars in kerala are generally from other states.Also,all Priyadarshan's hits are copied from Mallu films

Be humble! Malayalis lecturing others on migration has to be the joke of the century! Lesser said about what jobs they have been doing in Gulf for ages, the better!

Malayalis are at the top of the most of the Organistations in the Gulf Region. Please check teh facts you comment. Malayalis bring in 8 billion dollars every year as Remittance. In the early 90's India's Foreign Exchange contribution was mostly by Malayalis - Please check the Budget speeches by Indian Finance Ministers in the 90's.. So even if you don't want to give them the Credit Please don't Insult..

All top bureaucrats in cen.govt r Mallus , Cab Secy , Forgn.Secy, CVC & Cab.Secys in several states.
what a movie. what a performance. what a patriotic one. this is the movie we were expected to see from these two legends of Indian cinema. Dont go expecting full time military operation etc etc but go for a great movie which gives patriotism , sentiments etc things. at last you will like the movie very much.... MAJOR RAVI'S BEST
Its really funny that when all the other portals like, Sify, Webduniya, etc. given a report that the film is below average, Rediff has given a very good report.........any connection with Pranavam Arts?

THis is what sify says.... A note of advice for all of you who haven't watched Kandahar, it is not a conventional action film. But the film has some sincere and enduring moments, which can shake you up in a positive way. Watch it for Mohanlal and Amitabh Bachchan, both of whom are known for their acting prowess and you won't be disappointed.

yes sify webduniya and other some sites are supporters of mammootty and some sites are run by mam fans and lal haters. so definitely they will give negative report thats the truth.
Earlier too we had a movie called Zameen (Ajay Devgan, Abhishek, Bipasha) - that had the same theme - but false events. Real life was very different from what is there in movie.
The film kandahar fails to impress.We expected a lot from lalettan and major ravi.This film is far behind than 'Keerthi chakra' and 'Kurukshethra'.The first half is dragging.Second half is just watchable.Over all it looks like a documentary.I think this film will get a huge initial collections in first weak and will fall in next weaks.

In the sense that it has 2 legends cmg 2gthr 4 1st time in a mallu movie. Hope Big B might hve gvn MohanLal tips 4 maintaining hmslf & 2 play his age in forthcmg flms.
Its the best time for lal to chnsgr his role.How can he play the role of an army officer,with his sumo wrestler body?He should learn from mammootty,who is very very suceessful with the roles suting for his physique and age.
