DE DANA DAN promises laughter and entertainment and sticks to its promise. This one's not for the hard-nosed types, but for those who worship escapist cinema. Who want to chuckle, giggle and chortle at those mindless jokes. In short, DE DANA DAN is a pure dhamaal entertainer
The best thing any one can say about this film is that it has no start and no finish and basically leave your brains at Home. The worst you can say about this film is that it RUBBISH RUBBISH RUBBISH. it is another film from a director who takes pleasure in making films with no starts and no ends. Before he has been able to pull off the projects but this is just muddle muddle and bad muddle.
The movie is going to be very good... Raja giving 1.5 stars means the movie is going to rock :D I did not even dare to watch Kurban since it got 3.5 in rediff review :)
Dear readers, I know how you must be feeling. But now I have really watched this movie and i have liked it a lot. This was a rib tickling comedy and I didn't even want to go for pee because I didn't want to miss any moment of movie. I am sorry please ignore my review. I am giving 4 / 5 now..

The movie is best. This is last time I am visiting rediff reviews. The reviews are misleading and biased.
Raja i have been reading your reviews from last many years, after reading every one of those it seems your are biased and portray what feelings you are having about an individual. While writing review you have to consider entire audience not so called intellect like yours. Raja i will love to review your movie if in case you will able to do that in your life time. I am quite sure you wont able to complete a single reel of it... So grow up and give ear to your real criticism..As you are a critic man :-)
When I read the review earlier today on rediff, I discarded it and went to see the movie ( I am fan of Akshay Kumar ) but this movie really is so dissapointing that my instincts were proves wrongs. I waited for an 1.5 hours to get my first laugh, the pitch of ineffective dialogues is so loud, I had to take a disprin after watching the movie. Weak music, and songs are inserted anywhere, without any connection. Too many characters and too much of complications, but the most dissapointing thing is the ineffectiveness of the script and dialogues.
I hope Akshay Kumar stops doing movie which can harm his career. Priyadarshan has certainly missed the point this time..by a long way... DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Hi guys as we all know now kurbaan is a flop and managed only 16 crore in first week out of a budget of 50 crores...so the johars r finally tking the bowl and venturing out on streets now for help.....plz do some sacrifice for them--(KURBAAN)...give them 1 rs plzzzz....and just to add on GUYS PLEASE CHECK HERE;REDIFF KNEW THAT KURBAAN WOULD FLOP THATS WHY THEY GAVE SUCH A GOOD REVIEW AT 19.33 IST......but what we see in case of akshay kumar movies....example DE DANA DAN...which was reviewed as early as 10.33am IST...just to make sure all the people who are about to flock the theatres get a bad message and i know atleast one of them is affected by reviews...so he changes his thought and program for watching a movie....shame on you chandrima pal and raja sen...however hard u try we audience will giv the rite result.....thums up to akshay and thums down to these silly serious movies which r like a fairy tale!!!!!!!!!!!!this movie will rock and i will be back with its collections on monday...the gr8 weekend collections

i guess shubham you were already ill and needed a disprin.....you should have watched kurbaan instead and then you would not have wasted a disprin....coz you would have collapsed in the hall itslef!!!!!!!!!!! if you did not enjy de dana dan....it means you r in serious trouble and was thinking of something else when watching the movie.... u did not laugh coz u r mentally ill and does not need disprin....you need serious medical attention....go striaght to hospital this time and not to a movie hall again my friend
Dear Raja, I hope you are from the anti-akshay camp OR you dump has not seen the movie.It is a nice movie you will forget Hera-Pheri.I suggest you to see the movie first & then use your brain.I think you are also a relative of Rediff's Authority who doesn't care what the hell you are doing.In other words you are misguiding the readers.

Dear Raja,
I hope you have to have brains writing this review. The movie is awesome and hats off to Priyadarshan in jumbling all the 28 characters together. It requires hell concentration in writing the script. I would rate this movie as funny as Hera Pheri.

If priyadarshan or akshay kumar had given an interview to raja then movie rating mite have gone up like it happened for kurbaan which was bad movie but since karan johar given an interview to Raja it was termed as all time classic. I think time has come rediff should bring in new team. They are loosing viewers trust.

Headache!!
Seriously I have a headache after watching this movie. Paresh Rawal screams so loud its horrible. The movie is a no brainer and really pathetic. Akshay Kumar is become another Govinda. Seriously he should RETIRE.
