Good to see the dram
by Deepak Rathi on May 18, 2009 11:51 AM  | Hide replies

Wow!! Why to do such drama? Shear wastage of time money and energy of the system.
If the Actor was to be released with in 15 Min why he was arrested and why such spineless laws are still there in IPC.
I think that IPC has few laws irrelevant and require a complete overhaul.

Hey Rohina :-) when our legal system are doing such a high end drama with kasab case

what more can we expect of the arrest of our very own hero akshay kumar - on charges of obscenity, this is not going anywhere and shud be considered more of a public stunt

Arrest Anil Nair for wasting public money
by Wonky Monky on May 18, 2009 11:48 AM  | Hide replies

Arrest Anil Nair for wasting public money - once idiots like Anil Nair file a case, the police are forced to take action, and so public money gets wasted.

Why is it that the police do not register serious cases but are ready to register case which will give them publicity. I agree with your statement reg Anil Nair, but we have way too many issues in our non-functional systems.

You are right. But idiots like Anil Nair take the media with them, and are well versed about how to work the system. The media will play along to get a story. A poor man who has a serious complaint unfortunately does not have the knowledge, money, resources to get that complaint filed.

Arrest
by Chintu on May 18, 2009 11:48 AM

If you see the photograph of the undressing, all those sitting next to Twinkle are laughing and enjoying themselves. By the same silly logic, even they should be arrested for abettment of crime. But alas, they are not filmstars and activist Nair would get no cheap publicity for their arrest.
