Why these people are wasting time in such useless issues. It was not an offence that he would have to go jail. Why dont such people use their mind in positive direction. I feel sorry for such people.

No its not a rubbish act. Akshay, whom we all adore as an actor and being hero for all of us, should not do such denigrated activity. Had it been a common man, than offences were there but a celebrity and hero like him, doing such thing is a blunder and he should pay for it.

The human body is supposed to be made by Nature or God. How can it be obscene? Are medical doctors and medical students dealing with obscene things every day?
Thoughts can be obscene, if they intend harm to others. Nothing else is obscene if no harm is intended.
Sooner Indians get rid of such laws, the better. Do Indians want to remain in the Stone Age for ever or do they want to come up to the Middle Ages standards at least, if not Modern Age? This habit of automatically attacking simple freedoms, and automatically using coercion even before any debate, is a characteristic of Stone Age behavior.
Life can end suddenly at any moment. Let us not waste the scarce moments.
