If such a law comes, then many people will be murdered by falsely being framed in charges like that. Hence, since the law is most likely to be misused, it must not be implemented.

islamic law hah! that law states that the rape victim has to bring 4 witnesses to the court. so that maeans that unless the victim has taken 4 witnesses along with her to get raped...the criminals will NEVER be found guilty...good luck implementing the cut neck...but I agree with you ..a brutal punishment is due high time

Killing means instant death...rapsit shoud get slow and painful death..give hime death penality...put him in sloidarty room..hang him after 10 years..so he should feel pain every day
In a rape case there is lot of pain a victim goes through which is difficult to explain BUT is this sufficient reasons to assume that every allegation for rape is true? The laws related to women always believes that its men who always is wrong. Unless and until the maid decides to take back the complaint, shiny is gone for good. What if there was a consent... Shiny is still gone under adultration, 7 years straight. What if his wife had consent sex with some one.. Its the guy who had sex with the married female is gone, as per Indian law women is always right irrespective whether she is equal partner to sex. she can strip to nude butcan refuse sex at last minute, sex done this way is rape. Opposite is not true. who is creating gender discrimination??
Tamilnadu's Governor Mr.Barnala(Sardar's son raped one bengali housemaid while massaging him few years back...
That case closed and his son is now free and enjoying more & more....
Secondly Madhur Palatkar..sorry..bandarkar raped one extra actress ...now Bollywood and audience celebrating him as a award winning director....now he is free...
So, I think after some time he will freed & everybody forget this...

this is not even funny !!! You really need to understand the trauma that the victim goes thru .. before making loose statements as this YOU FOOL !!!! This isnt the time to make fun of celebs .. this is a serious issue.. What was Shiney thinking ?? he was never high on my fav person's list and this is the final nail in the coffin !!He should be punished severly for this crime so that people understand that rape is a serious crime ! But im sure with money power he will definately come out of all this.. God save our country !

rediff reporting celebs case ..but y not surat incodent.. ----------------------------------------------------- on friday three goons kidnapped and raped a minor girl while she is returning from tuition..two of them are sons of police personnle.. on saturday mornring localistes beaten them black and blue ...
if rediff doesnt have any reporter in Guj how come it written so much on Godhra..can we say its all concoted by rediff ppl sitting in Delhi/mumbai/ahmadabad???
when mangalore pub attack happened on drunkards rediff acted as if it is protector of women and dragged it for months together.. Now it manitains tightlipped on surat incidents..for obvious reasons ....as if it doesnt know abt surat incidents...

Today's world is tempting a lot for sex, either you go out you will find girls with mini skirts & movies, televisions for sex exposing, INTERNET IS LIKE SEX. Men living in a world every were is the temptation,true agreed he had attempted helious crime,what about society, why it so open & exposed ???????. I know most of the guys watching internet or some adult staff on net or tv should be self control, use self-system for getting tense free...guys, what was happend is shameful & it should be a lesson for those who daring to think of doing such a shameful act.
