All rapists whether mighty or low strata should be treated at par terrorists .Actually they are the meanace to society which effect a place to prosper economically .We have seen how 26/11 effected our economy and similarly rapists presence will also effect our economy adversely ,particularly Bollywood in this case as crores of rupees are in stake in this entertainment Industry .Women will fear to enter bollywood due to casting couch and now latest rape case .

This is not so simple.In one hand he was alone, on the other way he was partying at home. Was he drunk? Who were the others in the party? The girl has been working there for last 45 days, hence quite new. many things are suspicious here, neither the first investigation report reveals any thing clearly. there are contradictions and so many loose ends. However public figures are easy targets. So they should be cautious and control their activities. After all they influence the society.

It is quite difficult to comment on such a report. No one knows exactly what happened and how. If the actor is guilty he should face stringent actions by law. There should not be any relaxation. If the girl was planted or the actor was trapped somehow in this, then he really needs help from his close ones. Industry hardly helps those who are reclusive like him. S. M. Kolkata
This could also have been a trick to hit him bad........anyways the whole country will be watching and justice has to be done properly. Those who take sex casually including prostitutes must also be taught a lesson in humane behaviour.
1)If it was mutual, then SA would have paid lots of money to keep her mouth shut. He is not dumb to let it go out of control. 2)It could have been that the maid was planted and a plan worked out by his enimies. But 18 years is a small age to get into such acts. This has less probability. So it must have been rape.
3) Let it be anything, SA must be punished heavily for having sex with such a small girl. He is a grown up and should have controled himself.
4) If he is left free like other bigwigs then there will be no meaning to LAW in this country. It is a curse to be poor!
