Control
by rakesh on Jun 15, 2009 03:43 PM

There are many things which deviates a persons mind and one must understand the consequences of the wrong deeds. You may be seen as a very good person but one, one mistake can ruin you forever. Power often blinds person , be it money, force, etc. A person in possession of power must be self controlled. Hindi proverb " Ab Pachtaye kya hot, Jab chidiya chug gai khet".
Again its high society drama, matters can be "resolved" but the faith , the maid has can never be restored. GUILTY MUST BE PUNISHED.

Rape is murderous
by joe antony rufus on Jun 15, 2009 03:31 PM  | Hide replies

In my humble view, rape should be considered a equivalent crime to murder, and pusishment should be as severe as death sentence.

Maybe it's conspiracy.....
by b bharati on Jun 15, 2009 03:24 PM

The maid just wants more money and she will get it. Maybe it's conspiracy to ruin his career. there is a certain very successful Khan who hates him in Bollywood.

salman got arrested under section 304 A - rash and negligent driving causing death which is a bailable offence as maximum punishment given under this section is 3 yrs. hence it is bailable. please dont compare the 2 cases. the shiney act is far more heinous.

Salman Khan had killed ppl but it was an accident and not purposely executed..This is a well planed crime with a motive of achieving sexual satisfaction by taking advantage of mainly poor without their concern..

sunny, he will serve those 3 yrs when his case comes up for hearing. till then he is out on bail. an alternative punishment under this section can also be Rs.5000/- fine and some compensation to the victim's family which is decided by the court. in case salman has already paid compensation then he needn't pay it agai. thats what the law says.

Shiney Ahuja Rape hearing in the court
by uncle sam on Jun 15, 2009 02:04 PM  | Hide replies

Shiney's lawyer to Judge - Sir the act was done in consent. hence it is not rape. they were making love. Rs.2000/- given to the judge underhand by the lawywer.

Judge to Public Prosecutor - Do you have any evidence to prove whether it was rape. Rs.1000/- passed on to the PP by shiney's lawyer underhand.

PP - NO.

Judge - Shiney ahuja acquitted for want of evidence. He is free and can rape as many maids as he wants to. This is India. u can can't convict anyone on circumstantial evidence.

if it was consensual only a fool would refuse to give money and invite trouble. why would he do that for a few thousand rupees. just think before making comments.

Why would he refuse the amount and go to jail for 7 years??

On on side, he would be lighter by a couple of lakhs which he can easily make in one ad shoot......

On the other hand, he can go to jail for 7 years, if it is proved that she is a minor, it could be life imprisonment.........samjha ghochu??

And she is only a maidservant not some model to extract 50 lakhs in blackmail...there are lots of starlets and bimbets out there who are on the lookout for some bakra to accuse of rape....photographers like Atul Kasbekar etc have to be very careful of such women..

But she is only a maidservant and her blackmail amount would never exceed a couple of lakhs.....even if you use simple commensense, you would arrive at a net worth figure of Rs 50 crore at a mimimum for Shiney Ahuja......what is 2 lakhs for a man with net worth of atleast 50 crore?????

If it was consensual, first of all she would not have gone to the police.......there are millions of illicit affairs all over the world....only in a miniscule minority does the woman go to the police to extract some money from the man...

And Shiney can easily offer her lakhs to keep quiet...if she was that type of woman, she would have quietly threatened Shiney, extracted lakhs by blackmail and moved on gleefully..

It is clear that she is not that type of girl and hence has gone to the police.....

It is very clear that he forced himself on her, gagged her, threatened to kill her if she opened her mouth and then committed the crime that all women dread........
