And also these below mentioned original movies! 1. Jewel Thief 2. Humraaz (the old one...the Rajkumar classic..not the Abbas-mustan rip-off of "the perfect murder") 3. Ittefaq 4. Dhund 5. Bhoot 6. Satya 7. Johny mera naam 8. Mother India 9. Kaho na pyar hai. 10.Don (the new one)
Can anyone of the ten movies mentioned in that list by Raja Sen can match my list!

yeah really, the original list is a bit lame considering the movies after Dil to pagal hai, but this list beats it hands down. No competetion dude. Nothing can get lamer than this. Give yourself full marks for zero modesty, zero brain on movies. And please do look up the word twist in a dictionary

this list is definately good. actually i wanted to write them down. u stole the show from me. good compilation. i wud add two more "anita" and "kaanoon" (the old one B&W, wonderful). remove kaho na.. and don for them. put "kanoon" at 5.
DTPH in the "list of twist" ???? a real twisting survey ha ha ha what about kaun finest thriller ever made in India. bogus list i believe and yes someone point out Mera Saya. really what a movie made in 60s
Very disappointing list. I really expected better. Are we only going to be looking at movies that released during the last decade and a half?
Vaastav over Mother India? Gupt over Mera Saya or Teesri Manzil or Kanoon?
Readers of your columns will never get exposed to the classics of yore if you ignore history. I would argue it is the responsibility of a critic to show the readers what they missed. Would that be too idealistic? Perhaps.

best was BR chopra's dhund, with navin nishchal I also liked Dhuan ( released in 1981 not well known but it has rakhee), good suspense based on chase a crooked shadow.
